Dr. Holt was honored to present at Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Billings, MT. The presentation emphasized strategies for creating a welcoming and safe healthcare environment for LGBTQ+ patients. This included optimizing waiting rooms, intake forms, and interactions with patients to better serve this population. The discussion also covered specific health risks and vulnerabilities within the LGBTQ+ community and explored effective ways to broach sensitive topics such as sexual health and suicide prevention.
